The shuttle service is only available to: Staff of CUHK-Shenzhen and CUHK, Staff Family Members, Student Groups, and Visiting Guests invited by the University. Except for the Staff of two campuses, other applicants need to submit applications in the name of the staff member.
Purposes of taking the shuttle include: Teaching Activities, Research Activities, Daily Commute and Business Trips.
For smooth shuttle arrangements, one can only apply for the shuttle of the instant week. Also, the registration form will be closed every Friday, and reopen every Saturday.

III. Reminder
Bookings will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis due to limited seating capacity on the shuttle.
Confirmation emails will be sent at about 17:00 ONE DAY before your travel. For successful reservations, a Boarding Pass will be attached in the confirmation email. Please download and show the Boarding Pass to the driver when boarding the shuttle.
To avoid traffic congestion and not to affect other colleagues’ schedule, please be punctual. The shuttle will depart as scheduled.
