I. Seat Reservation
- The shuttle service is only available to: Staff of CUHK-Shenzhen and CUHK, Staff Family Members, Student Groups, and Visiting Guests invited by the University. Except for the Staff of two campuses, other applicants need to submit applications in the name of the staff member.
- Purposes of taking the shuttle include: Teaching Activities, Research Activities, Daily Commute and Business Trips.
- Please reserve seat of the shuttle by 1:00 PM ONE DAY before your trip by filling in a registration form via WJX (https://etransport.cuhk.edu.cn/wx/m/client).
- For smooth shuttle arrangements, one can only apply for the shuttle of the instant week. Also, the registration form will be closed every Friday, and reopen every Saturday.

III. Reminder
- Bookings will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis due to limited seating capacity on the shuttle.
- Confirmation emails will be sent at about 17:00 ONE DAY before your travel. For successful reservations, a Boarding Pass will be attached in the confirmation email. Please download and show the Boarding Pass to the driver when boarding the shuttle.
- To avoid traffic congestion and not to affect other colleagues’ schedule, please be punctual. The shuttle will depart as scheduled.

IV. Enquiries
If you do not have a registered account or have not yet activated the seat booking permission, please complete the application form in the attachment and send it to the email: (ebus@cuhk.edu.cn) for account activation. During this period, if you need to take the shuttle, please kindly provide us with your trip schedule, full name, email address, purpose of taking the shuttle, and contact phone number, and we will help you reserve a seat in advance.
