由中大學生事務處與香港學生事務協會(HKSSA) 合辦之「年度專業對話－危機時期的領導力」於2024年12月17日順利舉行。約100位來自多所大學的學生事務從業者參加了此次活動，其中包括中大（深圳）學生事務處的12位同事。是次活動特邀了溢達集團董事長楊敏德女士，她分享了公司在面對危機時期，集團如何持續發展，以及領導者堅持創新思維。對談中，楊女士還探討了員工的工作態度及面對危機的策略，強調在挑戰時期堅韌性和適應能力的重要性。

楊女士分享了面臨的挑戰和所採取的管理策略，並介紹了溢達集團在桂林的可持續發展園林「Integral」。這座園林旨在讓教育工作者和學生參與沉浸式學習體驗，促進探索旨在塑造可持續未來的創新理念。中大（深圳）學生事務處職員活動後參觀了中大賽馬會氣候變化博物館（MoCC）。
