On 2 March, 2025, our Students from New Asia College visited Harmonia College, CUHK(SZ) for an exchange visit. This event strengthened the profound friendship between the colleges and provided an opportunity for faculty and students from both colleges to interact and share their learning and living experiences with each other.
Under the enthusiastic guidance of the Harmonia College Ambassador Team, we deeply felt the College’s thoughtful care for students throughout the tour of the campus and college, as well as the College’s distinctive college culture imbued with a sporting spirit. This tour gave us a more in-depth understanding of our sister college.
Faculty and Students from Both Colleges Enjoy Exchange Dinner
As dusk fell over the campus, students from the two colleges gathered at Xiangbo Restaurant to share a delightful exchange dinner. From college culture to campus anecdotes, from sharing hobbies to future aspirations, our New Asia College students and friends from Harmonia College deepened their friendship amidst laughter and applause.
The dinner atmosphere was warm and harmonious, with everyone speaking freely and sharing the distinctive features and daily life of their respective colleges. This face-to-face exchange allowed faculty and students from both campuses to establish genuine friendships.
Experiencing the Fun English Corner
After dinner, we also participated in Harmonia College’s English Corner activity, experiencing fun English speaking games together, learning about foreign cultures in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and making friends from different places. This activity not only enhanced our English communication skills but also allowed students from both colleges to deepen their understanding through interaction, building a bridge of friendship across campuses.
Summary and Outlook
This visit to Harmonia College was profoundly meaningful for our students from New Asia College. Through on-site visits, in-depth exchanges, and joint activities, we not only deepened our understanding of our sister college but also experienced the spirit of “One Brand, Two Campuses.” We look forward to more opportunities for exchange and cooperation between the two colleges in the future, working together to contribute to the development of CUHK.
