As part of our ongoing collaboration under the “One Brand, Two Campuses” spirit, Shaw College, CUHK was pleased to host students from Shaw College, CUHK(SZ) on 22 October, 2025 for an enriching event that combined cultural heritage with scientific innovation. The visit included an introduction to CUHK’s unique collegiate system and historical legacy at the Pavilion of Harmony and the History Gallery. A highlight was a special lecture by Shaw Prize laureate Professor Wolfgang Baumeister on cryo-electron tomography, showcasing CUHK’s strength in pioneering scientific research and interdisciplinary learning.
