On January 30, 2026, CUHK(SZ) welcomed 24 CUHK students led by the Student Experience and Development Section of the Office of Student Affairs for a cross-campus social practice sharing Session. The event fostered meaningful dialogue around community engagement and social practice.
Students from CUHK(SZ) shared impactful stories from local and international programmes, highlighting personal growth and collaborative problem-solving. The highlight was the reflection on the Wu Zhi Qiao (WZQ) Yushan Island Rural Revitalization Summer Service-Learning Tour, where participants described a deepened social awareness and empathy gained through direct community work.
The session extended beyond presentations, as participants explored a cultural exhibition and local food stalls. This immersive experience facilitated informal bonding and enriched the understanding of the communities served.
