On 27 March 2026, a Campus Tour between CUHK and CUHK(SZ), organised by the CCCO, was successfully held. The office warmly received staff from the Shenzhen campus. Through face-to-face interactions, participants further strengthened communication and collaboration between the two campuses.
The programme began at the iconic University Mall, followed by a group photo at the “Gate of Wisdom” and a welcome briefing at the Lee Shau Kee Building. The session introduced CUHK’s founding history and current development, laying the foundation for the day’s visit. Participants then toured the University Library and the CUHK History Gallery to gain insights into the University’s academic heritage and cultural legacy. A luncheon was held at “The Harmony” at Lee Woo Sing College, where staff from both campuses exchanged professional experiences in a relaxed setting.
In the afternoon, the group visited the Divinity School of Chung Chi College and S.H. Ho College. At the Divinity School, the delegation was received by the Director, Professor Francis C. W. Yip, along with Professor Sonia K. Wong and Professor Naomi Thurston. Professor Yip introduced the School at the Chapel, followed by guided tours led by Professor Yip and Professor Wong. Professor Thurston also engaged with participants to answer questions, allowing them to gain deeper insights into the School’s architectural and academic features.
The group then visited S.H. Ho College, where they engaged with student ambassadors to learn more about college life, culture, and characteristics. The visit concluded in a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere, with participants returning to Shenzhen in the evening. This exchange highlights the strong partnership between CUHK and CUHK(SZ) and reflects their shared commitment to deepening collaboration and resource sharing across the two campuses under the vision of “One Brand, Two Campuses.”
