On 10 January, 2025, a total of 49 staff members from CUHK visited CUHK(SZ) for a fruitful day of exchange and exploration.

The day began with a welcome speech and university introduction delivered by Mr. K.C. Yuen, Vice President (Administration). Participants then gathered for a group photo before proceeding to a tour of the University Library, where they experienced the innovative facilities such as 3D printing opportunities and resources available to students.

Lunch at Lixuan Canteen was a highlight of the day. CUHK staff enjoyed engaging in meaningful dialogue with their CUHK(SZ) counterparts, gaining insights into the differences between the two campuses and fostering stronger relationships.

The afternoon featured visits to the Kobilka Institute of Innovative Drug Discovery and the School of Science and Engineering, showcasing CUHK(SZ)’s cutting-edge research and academic excellence. Participants then visited Muse College and Ling College, further exploring the vibrant student life and community culture at CUHK(SZ).

This successful event reflects the strong collaborative spirit between the two campuses.

The next campus tour to CUHK(SZ) is planned for May 2025. In March 2025, CUHK(SZ) staff will visit CUHK, continuing the tradition of mutual exchange.
